Sometimes winter is a pain. It can be hard to be cooped up indoors all the time (can you hear me whine?), and getting out with 3 kids and a baby can be a pain, but so can trying to time our escape with naptimes of the little ones. So this week I just escaped with everyone in tow. We had a fabulous time. The kids borrowed a neighbor's yard to slide down, and I just enjoyed having the sun in my face while lugging two kids around. Even Dade, who has always made us think he's a pansy when it comes to being cold, bounded around, ears flapping, have a great time. How did I know we all had a great time? Olivia cried when it was time to go in even though she was turning blue.
