Earlier today I had a beautiful post written, but sometimes computers stink, so this will be short.
Winter Wednesdays: Week 1
During the week as we occasionally ventured outdoors, we spent some time looking for some colors in the white winter world.
The kids liked the gold and green on this tree.
Honestly, the kids were by far the most colorful thing I saw.
On a beautiful day the older two and I went for a hike and the view was breathtaking

Who's red dog is that? It can't be my dog having a good time in the cold outdoors!

Moss/Lichen growing on tree trunk

Green weeds grow everwhere, but kids were attracted to the lichen spots on the rock.

Its hard to see, but I like the contrasting colors of the blue sky,
dark green trees, and the gold colored tumble weeds

This is a great entry too. I love the colors and how you looked really closely to find different things in and among the snow.
Great job,
