My tomatoes haven't done so well this year. Been very dry here. I did pick three this morning though.
This week I will be planting seeds of carrots, cucumbers and maybe some green bean plants. Next week, trying beets. I did not do well with beets last year in spring, so trying a fall planting.
Summer - my plants are short so I thought they wouldn't produce much, but I am surprised at how many we are going to get.
Jill- I'm amazed by all the things you are planting! Last year's garden didn't do well, and the parts that did well ended up feeding the deer who regularly visit. This year I stuck with tomatoes and peppers, with a couple things in pots on the deck.
Olivia and I just ate our way through the garden. I love home grown tomatoes!!!

They look great. Mine are about 4 ft tall at the community garden and there's probably 1 tomato on them. I'm so bummed.
