Hello Again!!

I haven't forgotten about this blog! A couple weeks ago the kids and I came back home from being with grandparents while working towards getting our house sold down there. The house isn't sold, but it was time to be home. And now that we are home we miss the nice, warm weather!! Though a neighbor called yesterday and told us a wind storm had torn apart our 'For Sale' sign in front of the house. I think we are going to list with an agent again soon anyways.

So, what have we been up to since we've been home? Mostly just settling back into the swing of things. I had a doctor's appointment and my pregnancy is going well. I'm about 31 weeks and have unfortunately started to countdown already (sigh). I recently ordered a course from the Teaching Company (www.teach12.com) called 'Great Authors of the Western Literary Tradition' which will cover literature from Mesopotamia's Epic of Gilgamesh (2nd century BC) to Modern Literature (20th centruy) that I am very excited to be reading the works and then watching the lectures from extremely qualified university professors.

Olivia is now officially a walker, or I should say runner as she speeds circles around all of us. She's wanting to climb--on the kitchen table, on beds, going up and down the stairs repeatedly, and it won't be long before she's able to do it on her own and ignore me telling her 'no.' Austin and Nyah are as busy as ever--happy to play with their toys again, be in the backyard (snow or shine), hanging out with their friends and looking forward to our homeschool groups' East egg hunt on Friday. Hopefully I'll find my memory card reader and will be able to post pictures. We are all HAPPY to be home!
